The machine washable, microfiber garment is available in purple, red, blue, pink and black colorways. It comes in eight different sizes to accommodate chest circumferences ranging from 16 to 52 inches.

High-Frequency Chest Wall Oscillation (HFCWO) is used to help clear mucus from the lungs. It involves the use of an airway clearance vest, like SmartVest, that wraps around the chest and is connected to an air-pulse generator. The generator creates rapid oscillations that are transmitted to the chest wall. These oscillations help to loosen and mobilize mucus, making it easier to cough up and clear from the airways.

Because the air pulses are delivered to the chest through your vest, it is very important that the vest fit correctly. Wear a single and light layer of clothing, such as a t-shirt or blouse. The front closure should be adjusted so the SmartVest fits snuggly, but not to the point where it restricts breathing. Adjust the shoulder straps.

The bottom of your vest should be at your waist, or slightly below it. It should also be high enough so that it does not fold at your lap while you are sitting. If it is adjusted too loosely, the vest will expand more than is necessary and pulsations may be less effective.

Yes, The SmartVest Clearway System was designed for easy transport and storage with a compact wheeled carrier. The generator fits securely in the wheeled carrier and is equipped with a telescoping handle which adjusts to height needs.
