What does the warranty cover?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all SmartVest generators, garments, and accessories. Call 800.462.1045 for warranty information.

Does Electromed support SmartVest products purchased, donated or shared through friends, third-party vendors or online (e.g., eBay®, Craigslist, etc.)?

The SmartVest System is available by prescription only. As directed by the U.S. FDA, prescription devices (just like prescription medicines) cannot be legally transferred to another individual.

Electromed can’t accommodate requests for service, support, or accessories for products that weren’t purchased through Electromed or a contracted vendor.
